- Same source states that GPB haven't stated if they intend to participate. Just opening the applications for your usual national final doesn't mean it will be used to select their participant (HaKokhav HaBa for Israel in normal Eurovision 2022 and Polstjärnepriset for Sweden in the Upcoming Young Musicians 2024 are two examples). Eurovision Insider has revealed via Twitter that according to Sun Media the Uk have started Jesc 2024 preparations and will compete with a dance song ItsAnthony99 (talk) 16:23, 13 December 2023 (UTC)
