List of colors: A–F edit

I'm working on an initiative to determine whether entries in List of colors: A–F are adequately supported. In some cases, list articles contain information and include the reference in the list article itself. In other cases, such as in this case, the list article includes a link to another article within Wikipedia and the presumption is that the entry in that article will be reliably sourced.

The color "Amazon" is link to this page. The text uses Maerz and Paul A Dictionary of Color New York:1930 Which is presumably a reliable source but given the date it's highly unlikely that it contains color coordinates. I see that the color coordinates are source to "Xona". I posted a query at the reliable sources noticeboard to see if that site would be considered a reliable source: Wikipedia:Reliable_sources/Noticeboard/Archive_245#Xona's_Colorlist. The single comment is short of definitive but definitely stop short of supporting it as a reliable source.

I'm planning to remove Amazon from the list but if someone can find better sourcing or get solid confirmation that Xona qualifies as a reliable source of the have be to restore it.--S Philbrick(Talk) 15:48, 1 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
