Critisisms

I added a critisisms section. I believe this improves the article since it is the aim of the JCT to provide the best contracts in the interests of all parties, and indeed periodically do improve the contracts. Knowledge of the weaknesses of contracts helps individuals tailor their own contracts according to their own circumstances. e.g. add a clause "In the event of a dispute arising under this contract as to whether the contractor has failed to proceed regularly and diligently being referred to Adjudication, the parties agree to be bound by that decision".
