Bear doesn't repel any more

Hi. I was just reading today that the NBA doesn't allow mascots to repel anymore. [1] I don't know when this ban was made, but it was sometime after a WWF wrestler died from repelling. I'm not sure if the Deseret News can be considered the best source to include in the article since this has to do with an NBA-wide rule.
