Just a few comments:

• Some of the dimensions in the infobox are inconsistent with those in the article body.
• In the infobox, for "4 × single 10 in (254 mm)", you need to add "guns".
• "To comply with the terms of the Washington Naval Treaty the ship was disarmed in April 1922...": "the ship" should be replaced with the Kashima as the previous sentence relates to the Katori. Was the Kashima the escort for the trip back to Japan? If not, maybe the reference to Naples and the Katori should be deleted?
• The 1999 Brook reference is not used.
• Seagrave & Segrave cited (note 8) but not listed in references.
• No dablinks, no issues with webcites.
• Image tags look good to me.
