The red link James Kearl (pioneer) is unlinked, even from Rich County, Utah, which is pretty decent evidence of his non-notability, i.e., it's unlikely a bio on him could survive WP:AfD. Any such bio needs to avoid A7 & explain why in its text, and amplification (i.e., detail on significance, beyond what is suitable on talk:James Kearl (pioneer)) would be helpful. In any case, for now, no disambiguation is appropriate, and the Dab is being converted to a Rdr. That is reversible when a Dab is actually permitted.
