You're right. I really don't think he was... I think someone just got all excited that they could add him to that list that shows the different people to hold each position and didn't think of the fact that "Hey, I don't think Jack was Deputy NSA"

- As for Reese, as I recall, he is introduced as Nacy McNally's aide. The same title as Kate Harper. Jc37 21:18, 1 April 2006 (UTC)
- He's referred to as Nancy McNally's military aide in Process Stories. Kate Harper is introduced in one of the season 5 episodes (No Exit, maybe?) as her new deputy when she first meets the President. He wasn't ever her deputy. Penguin22, 2 April 2006
