splitting/tweaking article proposal edit

Seems like the majority of this article, and all of its citations, are about the previous arena with this name. With that in mind, I propose a couple of options:

re-ordering the article to be primarily about the earlier arena, especially since articles that link to this article are largely referencing the old version (such as Brooklyn Nets). Such a re-write would then feature the current arena as an addendum towards the end
or, simply splitting the two different arenas off. Although there doesn't seem to be any point in an article about the current arena, whose only notability would be due to the previous one, and of course, notability is not inherited.
