editThese two statements:
HIV/AIDS infections in Muslim countries are present only in individuals who don't follow the teachings of Islam and are involved in homosexuality and promiscuous sex acts condemned by Islam.
However, there is a need of an effective education program directed at the health-care system in 3rd world and Muslim countries since majority of the HIV/AIDS infections arise from the poor sanitary conditions in hospitals/surgical departments where the surgical equipment is not sterilized. It is quite ironic, as doctors in the 3rd world countries are responsible for infections due to their negligence of basic sanitary principles.
are contradictory. I'm taking out the first one.

Trying to spread HIV?
editI removed the following statement: ...majority of the HIV/AIDS infections arise from the poor sanitary conditions in hospitals/surgical departments where the surgical equipment is not sterilized. It is quite ironic, as doctors in the 3rd world countries are responsible for infections due to their negligence of basic sanitary principles. Is not only untrue saying things like this will likely spread HIV. HIV and the result long term HIV infection, AIDS is transmitted through sex, needle sharing, and unmonitored blood transfusions. The HIV virus quickly dies when exposed to air. Unsanitized surgical instruments are likely to transmit hepatitis, bacterial infections, but not HIV. One would likely see an immediate rise in post-operative infections other than HIV if surgical instruments were not sanitized. If you want to spread HIV in your country, revert this edit.
