Safety, If you move the arc suppression to inside of the tube it should make ion beam to confine gas.
editI used a hydrogen spectrum tube and found the cone coil electrodes acted to make a confinement beam. It was either self refractive or spiral, looking as a pulse beam with coil from plasma globe driver in light purple glowing gas. It was a small 400kv power source from amazon that made bright pink beam. This should work to make said reactor safe as the inside arc suppression also worked to confine gases. At at high frequency may be key to lowering tube temperatures as well found in a Tesla coil. Travbm (talk) 22:28, 16 July 2017 (UTC)
