I'm going to suggest that that this nomination be withdrawn. The route description section looks to be a good summary of state-detail subarticles, although the Ohio subsection looks to be a bit larger in comparison. They should roughly be balanced out to proportionally cover the lengths of the highway through each state. Each subsection needs additional citations; this article can't rely on the citations that should exist in each subarticle. If that were all, I'd proceed to a full review at this time.

However, the history section is extremely deficient. There is essentially a single short paragraph attempting to serve as the history of a 3,020-mile highway designation that has existed for 60 years. There is no basic mention of when the predecessor toll highways were built and completed, when construction started on the sections of I-90 built under the Interstate Highway System, or when the full highway was initially completed coast-to-coast in Wallace, Idaho. As a summary of the state articles, we don't need a lot of detail here, but this is missing all of the highlights. The second paragraph is actually a bit too detailed; it might be ok depending on the level of additional content that gets added.

In summary, at this moment, I can't proceed to a detailed review of the article. It would be a waste of time to review prose when it will end up being replaced in an overhaul. I'm willing to put this on hold to await the necessary expansions, if you think that this can be done in an appropriate time frame. Otherwise, we can close out the review now.
