Here's the question I'd like resolved - is this a "legal" service? Has it been sanctioned by any of the Scrabble copyright holders? I suspect that it's not sanctioned by Hasbro in the US, but haven't found anything conclusive about this.

Fair use rationale for Image:ISCexample.jpg

Image:ISCexample.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. How does ISC operate without a license to the Scrabble trademarket either from Hasbro or one of the license holders in other countries? It would appear unauthorized use of the trademarked name 'Scrabble' in the name 'Internet Scrabble Club' is a violation of trademark laws in the US and other countries. (The name Scrabble is a trademark of Hasbro, Inc. in the US and Canada and of J. W. Spear & Sons PLC elsewhere.)

notability

Someone has put on a tag questioning the notability of the subject of this article. I think ISC is notable.--Publunch (talk) 08:47, 26 September 2008 (UTC)

I think the main reason the notability can be questioned is that the article fails to highlight how ISC is different to any other multiplayer gaming website. In fact, their are multiple online scrabble websites but ofcourse not all of them are notable. To show this really you need references to prove that it is indeed different and worthy of being mentioned in an encyclopedia.
