I am the webmaster of ISPRS (International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing) and I was asked from the President of ISPRS to put this article into WIKIPEDIA.

The other articles which you mentioned - Advances in Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and Spatial Information Sciences: ISPRS Congress Book (International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (Isprs)) by Emmanuel Baltsavias, Zhilin Li, and Jun Chen

This article describes the COngress book which was published 2008 at the ISPRS Congress in Bejing. The book was published within the ISPRS book series which belongs to ISPRS see http://www.isprs.org/publications/bookseries.aspx

-http://www.isprs.org/society/history.aspx This page is part of our website

-http://www.jsprs.jp/index_e.html This page belongs to our ordinary member Japan see http://www.isprs.org/members/ordinary.aspx#Japan The text (first paragraph is from our page www.isprs.org/society/history.aspx and www.isprs.org/publications/prospectus/26.pdf

- http://www.rsgis.ait.ac.th/isprs/ This page is from a WG 3 of our Technical Commission VI. The page was only vaild for the period 2004-2008. I have asked now the webmaster of this page to remove the paragraphs which they have copied from us or delete the page. The text there was taken from our page http://www.isprs.org/society/objectives.aspx So the owner of this page is not the copyright holder of this text!

-http://www.isprs.org/publications/annual_reports/report95/publications.html this page is an older page on our website

- http://www.directionsmag.com/press.releases/?duty=Show&id=24471 this page shows an article from John Trinder, former ISPRS President and actual operation officer of The ISPRS Foundation. The last paragraph is out of the statutes of ISPRS (www.isprs.org/documents/statutes04.aspx). The owner of this webpage is here not the owner of the copyright of this papragraph.

So there is absolutely no copyright violation.

I have marked now some links to pages on the ISPRS homepage with your ref tag. These links were marked before as external links under the paragraph "References". Some of the I have added now. I hope this solves our problem.

We, the ISPRS, hold the coyright on the material. An email with the original documents will be send to permissions-enwikimedia.org. We permit the re-use under the CC-BY-SA 3.0 License and the GFDL. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 141.58.125.98 (talk) 12:08, 15 October 2009 (UTC)Reply
