the page lacks essential information, what is an ACAT?, where is the wiki link that explains what an ACAT is?, doesn't explain what the acronym stands for.
It appears French Wikipedia does explain what ACAT is. But I'm guessing that page concentrates on the French ACAT, whereas this article is talking about various national ones. I cannot tell whether an article on ACATs in general is merited.Dranorter (talk) 11:02, 8 June 2016 (UTC)Reply
