This is wrong! There are no such thing as the itnernal laryngeal artery. The internal laryngeal nerve runs with the superior laryngeal artery. This article SHOULD BE DELETED. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.164.87.215 (talk) 03:47, 11 December 2010 (UTC)
