editThe article's title seems to indicate it is about a general product, but the actual description (and inclusion of Chinese name and sources) leads me to believe this is a more regional product, probably something intended for smaller living spaces common in certain areas. I can't see this article standing on its own as being about a multifunctional stove, as a lot of that functionality will be covered in an article such as "Stove" (for example, convection, etc, although I would say dishwashing would be unique enough to merit more detail). Without significant additional coverage going into how this product is different, its history, regional usage, marketing, etc, this may be a better fit as a subsection of Stove instead.
