ICOBS is not a commercial entity. It is a regulatory mechanism introduced by the FSA in the UK. Please don't delete this stub. I intend to add more detail when I have time, but it really is not an attempt to promote anything other than a little knowledge.Ianrobertmclaughlin (talk) 12:48, 2 December 2009 (UTC)
