this article should be deleted

I think this article should be deleted, because it is no more than the list of cities of Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County. The cities can be seen both in the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County article, and the {{Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg}} template. I don't think this index will ever be improved (and why it should, it would be better as a category). Sorry for asking it here, on the talk page, but I am completely lost in the Deletion Process of the enwiki, despite that I've read all the guides about it, so I don't know what kind of deletion is required here. Speedy deletion (I don't think so)? Proposed deletion or anything else? It is so complicated to me, and I don't want to make a mistake. --Perfectmiss (talk) 13:27, 26 January 2010 (UTC)
