World wide!Edit

Incident management is a generic worldwide term when talking about emergency management and the systems used to manage response to events. The content of this article would be better suited to Incident Command System in the US context. --Rediguananz 05:29, 1 November 2006 (UTC)

Adding to the previous user above, the current page content refers to Incident Management in a business or corporate perspective. It is relevant as supplemental information where the scope has expanded, but it is not the overarching or originating concept.
