@DGG: I have have heavily trimmed the quotes which did look a bit like advertising. Please feel free to trim anything else you want to. I think you said back in December "I think it can be tightened a little, and I may do it." If there is anything you have in mind please can you go ahead so that we can remove the tag. Many thanks.
