This article was actually plagiarized (copied and pasted) at some stage while it sat in my sandbox while being prepared for publication. I do not know how an outside user could gain access to my sandbox, but everything he wrote is from a previous version of my article, which can bee seen by administrators in my sandbox history.
I just got confirmation that this article was whole copied from my sandbox in Wikipedia (and originally credited as such.) Here is the link:
