The exceptions to the extended confirmed restriction are:

Editors who violate this restriction may be blocked by any uninvolved administrator, even on a first offence.

After being warned, contentious topics procedure can be used against any editor who repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, any expected standards of behaviour, or any normal editorial process. Contentious topic sanctions can include blocks, topic-bans, or other restrictions.
Editors may report violations of these restrictions to the Arbitration enforcement noticeboard.

1922 and 1945 data edit

Apparently the pal.rem site have found both 1922 and 1945 data, but I cannot find the originals. The only place I can find in the 1922 Haifa data which has 117 people is "Harbaj"?? (p. 33) ...and Kh Harbaj is quite close to Kh Ibtin on the 1945 maps.

But if Kh Harbaj is counted under Ibtin, there surely the rather large El Harbaj (on SWP map 5) must count under Ibtin, too? (SWP, I, p. 285, Palmer p. 109) Huldra (talk) 22:11, 16 October 2015 (UTC)Reply
