"in 1908, the Town of Suffolk was the site of a rare criminal case in Nansemond County Circuit Court. In 1908, an individual, Ernest Lyons, was convicted of murdering another person who was later found alive."
I fail to see what makes Ernest Lyons or his case particularly notable — surely throughout history others have been convicted in similar situations (the article on him does not say). —Ryan McDaniel (talk) 21:22, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
