Jewish tale from the 12-Century

I was hoping for some help on a legend/tale I read while i was in Prague. The story goes like this: In the year 1150 a group of religious fanatics (the tale says flagellants) invaded the Jewish Quarters in Prague. The fanatics had earlierly in the same year tried to invade the main city itself but had been discouraged by the army of Vladislav II of Bohemia (The duke of Bohemia later to be king). When the flagellants invaded the jewish quarters a group of jewish butchers drowe them away with meat cleavers and torches. As a thank you for their deed the Vladislav II gave the jewish butcher guild of Prague a permission to use the douple-taled lion in the Bohemian seal in their coat of arms. Vladislav II also let the jews build a wall around the Jewish Quarter. I have tried to find more about this story on the internet but I in vain. Has anyone heard this story before and if yes can anyone confirm or deny the facts in this story. I have only come up with this small mention in the jewish encyclopedia under the headline "Gild Seals" in the "Seal" article ([1]). Please drop me a line if you can help.
