Title

Can someone please change the title?! According to the trailer, there is no subtitle. It should just be called High School Musical 2! it could be something a little bit more outgoing

Info on the Plot

There is info on the plot at [1]. Look on the third page. I request this be added, since it seems to be a fairly reputable source.

It was in People magazine on Page 46. I forget which month and which week, but there was an interview with Vanessa Hudgens and she gave some facts about the movie. I must have been the only one to see it, because in it, it says that she's a lifeguard and gets to wear a cute bathing suit. I wish I still had the article. Release Date May Be Moved Up

As you may or may not know, zefron.com is reporting the release date for HSM 2 to be some time in the fall of 2006. Obviously, this sounds a little too soon. However, zefron.com is a credible source and gets its info from Zac Efron. Also, weren't you a little quick to jump up and change the release date from the rumoured January 19, 2007 to sometime in 2008? I know a Disney representative said this, but it was only the CEO of advertising or something similar to that. I doubt he knows for sure and besides, he said "likely" not "definitely." I'm sure they would much rather give a later date just in case something comes up than give a earlier date and have to disappoint fans by pushing it back. Basically, I was just wondering if this new rumour should be added to the HSM 2 page.

The quote was from the President of Disney Channel Worldwide. Regardless of all of this, a discussion with an admin has led to the conclusion that no specific date information should be provided, as Wikipedia is not a crystal ball, with all of the rumors flying around the Internet with radically different dates, it's safe for accuracy sake to place no date, and just give information on it's current production status. --lightdarkness ^(talk) 05:32, 3 March 2006 (UTC)

Stella's Role

It's been rumored that Vanessa Anne Hudgens' younger sister, Stella Hudgens might make an appearance in this film. Hidden Scene in HSM1.

If you watch until the very end of High School Musical, after the credits, you can see a hidden scene in which Sharpay founds out how good the cookies Zeke made her tasted and runs up to him and hugs him with much enthuiasm saying she loves him. This may have something to to with High School Musical 2. Did anyone else see that hidden scene after the credits? LoL; I think everyone saw that 'hidden scene' because it's not really a hidden scene at all. I doubt it has anything to do with HSM 2, unless Sharpay and Zeke are together. Kay's role

I have heard that Kay Panabaker has a role in this movie as a girl that devolips a crush Troy while he is lifeguarding at a country club. I have also heard that this movie will actually be taking place at a club! Is all of this true?

Problem with the code

Some administrator, please disable this article for ANY editing until one month prior to the release date. Real Deal

No NICK stars are going to be in HSM2. I heard that Matthew Underwood was offered the part of Troy but since of his contract with Nick that means he can't do a Disney movie. This means Nicole, Victoria, and Jamie CAN NOT POSSIBLY BE IN HMS2!

Movie title

Can someone PLEASE get rid of the subtitle "Sing It All Or Nothing"? It's not verified anywhere - and if it is, add the reference to the page.

That's right! According to the teaser trailer, the only confirmed title is High School Musical 2, the subtitle Sing It All Or Nothing! is just based on a fan-made poster circulated on the Internet. Anyways, the basic gist of my entire reasoning is that the movie is in pre-production. The script probably isn't final yet, seeing as how the cast have stated in numerous interviews that they haven't received a copy yet. Hannah Montana Cameos

Okay, does anyone else think that having a cameo appearance by someone from Hannah Montana is a BAD IDEA? I think it would almost be breaking the 3rd wall (that wall between reality and acting) by adding some actor or actress from another Disney show. And some of us are not fans of either the show or the actors. I agree - I'm not really looking forward to seeing HSM2 anymore now that I know that someone from Hannah Montana will have a cameo in it! And you're right. That's pretty much breaking the third wall - especially if Miley Cyrus gets voted to do it (which she probably will), because everyone knows her as Hannah Montana!
