"I tagged the article for speedy deletion. I do think the subject is worthy of a Wikipedia entry, but the way it is, it literally copies another webpage with no indication of express permission, and thus is likely a copyright violation. I hope the original editor re-writes the article so that it does not violate copyright and cites his/her sources. Marcuse 20:13, 3 October 2005 (UTC)"

Please note: The above comment is from an older date and it simply refers to a previous attempt by a different author of a different article on the same subject. The present article is an accepted article by the Wikipedia community and is not related in any way to the previous article.
