The Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use require that editors disclose their "employer, client, and affiliation" with respect to any paid contribution; see WP:PAID. For advice about reviewing paid contributions, see WP:COIRESPONSE.
I'm still unclear how to disclose a COI, however, I was asked by my employer, Hearing Health Foundation, to edit our page for accuracy. Many of the facts were outdated or have since changed. Additionally key people changed as well as added in more information for clarity. Every edit made to the best of my knowledge as a staff person is accurate. I don't know code so the formulas about disclosing a COI seem a bit foreign and since I already made all my edits, I'm uncertain how to proceed. I have edited the entire page.
