I added some wikilinks which refer this article (see Contract, Letter of intent). Now it is not orphane any more. Can we remove the tag: Orphan|date=February 2008 now? WalterWolli (talk) 09:51, 5 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Why the name?

edit

Why on earth is it called a Heads of Agreement? That name doesn't seem to relate to the meaning in any way at all. HiLo48 (talk) 11:32, 5 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

I presume "heads" is used in the same sense as in "trail head" - "beginning". So here we have the beginnings of an agreement, but not yet legally binding. Someone with a legal background might be able to help with an etymology. Yeti Hunter (talk) 15:02, 12 May 2012 (UTC)Reply
