The comment(s) below were originally left at Talk:Hawke's Bay Airport/Comments, and are posted here for posterity. Following several discussions in past years, these subpages are now deprecated. The comments may be irrelevant or outdated; if so, please feel free to remove this section.

The page title should be Hawke's Bay Airport, as this is the offical name for the airport. The infrastructure serves the region. Napier Airport is the colloquial name of the airport commonly used by Napier residents only. Flights fly into Napier... but that does not change the name of the airport... and they continue to land at the Hawkes Bay Airport.

I've moved the page. This comment should have gone at Talk:Napier Airport (now Talk:Hawke's Bay Airport), not this /Comments page, which is for evaluation of the page quality rating. Fewer people will see comments on this page.-gadfium 18:40, 29 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
