Were they any good?
editThe question may be a tad tasteless, but if the Harris levels turn out to be particularily violent, or pointless, or masochistic, etc. it could be significant. --Kizor 07:59, 8 August 2005 (UTC)
Well, perhaps someone who actually has doom can tell us, no? - NorphTehDwarf 03:18, 18 September 2005 (UTC)
They are a bit more violent than some other maps in that the emphasis is on more smaller (and easier to kill) monsters than the larger ones. Plus, some more violent graphics were added. Also, the readme files say to "KILL THEM ALL!!" which seems quite disturbing in retrospect. - DNewhall
- As a person who played a few of Eric Harrises maps on DOOM I must say they are pretty non-notable and boring. Unless someone told you or you read the readme youde never know that the wads were made by a mass murderer. --Arm 13:37, 30 January 2006 (UTC)
- The speculation on them being like the school is interesting. When I was in secondary school, back in the day, we had a Doom map of the school on the schools computers. And yet, no massacre there. --Midnighttonight 00:29, 23 April 2006 (UTC)
- Lucky. When I was in middle- and high-school the only game they had/allowed on the computers was Oregon Trail and Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego. I since hated anything to do with history and geography with a passion D: --I am not good at running 00:43, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
Actual levels?
editOne must ask, exactly what evidence do we have that these are actually the levels created?

- Well, the designs exist. I have seen in the police evidence. There's also the documentation and list of objects, I will post them if you want to.

Merge suggestion
editNo one seems to have brought up the suggestion to merge, so I figured I would here. Having played through these levels, I would agree with the proposition to merge. I've made and played enough Doom levels to consider myself an expert, and quite frankly, these levels are notable only due to their creator. --Explodicle 04:15, 6 November 2006 (UTC)
Not much is really said about the levels themselves, so yes, it'd probably be a good idea. 71.48.71.74 20:35, 25 November 2006 (UTC)
- Support merge levels dont stand as an article on own well. Cdcdoc 05:05, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
- Merge this page will always be a stub like this. It has more value as part of the Doom article or Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold article than as a stand-alone article.DreamingLady 22:13, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
- Oppose merge The levels are notable on their own within the FPS gaming community. Their influence is such that levels based on the originals have been created for other FPS games besides Doom. —Lowellian (reply) 20:33, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
- Merge- because this article is plain useless and not wikipedian. Besides, Harris levels where not that great (to get evidence above the other hundreds of WADs) SSPecter ☎|✉ ♠ 05:25, 14 June 2007 (UTC).
