Marketed to girls as well?

Citation requirements

I have added and expanded the description of Gravure Idol to try and cover a wider range of the phenomenon. Generalisations on content are best done in association with source material, the following link is to a gravure site with a large collection of Idol photos that verify my comments on the width of this style of modelling. BEWARE of the irksome popup at this site, they are not malicious but very annoying.

Removed printing definition

I removed paragraph defining Gravure as a printing method. While it may be related, it was not tied to the article in any meaningful way and was thus confusing. it seems a little like defining the word opera or the word soap in an article about soap operas. I would welcome the re-addition of this paragraph if it was tied to the actual subject mater. For example if the term came about because it was commonly produced using that printing technique.
