Notability

What makes this organization notable?

According to WP:ORG (and especially WP:ORG#Non-commercial organizations) we need reliable sources that are independant of the subject to establish notability. This article has no sources. One editor has pointed us to the organization's web page (which while it might be reliable, is not independant of the subject). Otherwise we have nothing. Further, the article makes no real claim to notability... it simply states that the organization exists (which is not really notable as there are literally thousands of Masonic Grand Lodges in the world). Six years later

I see that no one has been able to add independent sources that discuss this organization. I must therefor assume that there are no independent sources that discuss it. I will give it a bit more time... but I am considering nominating the article for deletion, or at least merger into a related article (perhaps Freemasonry in Spain).
