Oppose the unexplained suggestion of a merge. Species from this former family were distributed to two different families. Redirecting this to one of those two would not be appropriate. MeegsC (talk) 17:23, 23 March 2021 (UTC)

@MeegsC: I take the point and a note should be made to this effect, however, does it sway you that Grallinidae is considered to be a junior synonym of Monarch flycatcher, for example [1] and [2]? [[User:YorkshireExpat|YorkshireExpat] (talk) 18:07, 23 March 2021 (UTC)
