Proposed merge with Google Analytics 360 Suite

Google Analytics 360 is an enhanced version of the service. The article seems not notable enough to be separated from the main article. Plus, the recent rebrand has further grouped these two services together, making one as the basic version for free and one for enterprises with some enhanced features.
