Good Mobile Defense
editDoesn't this seem like an advertisement?
Hqduong 17:20, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
Recommend reverting back "will acquire", as the official site states that the deal "expected to close in early 2007". "Acquired" statement will make it speculative as of Dec 09, 2006.
This, most definently, sounds like a advertisement. 76.106.222.37 (talk) 11:38, 16 September 2008 (UTC)
GMM Version Information
editI removed the outdated line regarding the latest version of Good Mobile Messaging. Keeping track of the latest version is a lot of work and I feel it's not within the scope of this article to do so. If anybody else wants it in, I'd be happy to discuss it.---Puff (talk) 17:42, 2 June 2009 (UTC)
Updating Article
editJust a quick note to indicate I'll be doing some work to improve this article. I work for Good Technology; but I appreciate that Wikipedia is a place for neutral, fact-based information, and I'm aware of the general concerns around conflicts of interest. I'm seeking to add referenced, factual information, not to use the article as a marketing piece. -Karenarlenereynolds (talk) 22:17, 28 September 2013 (UTC)
- I just expanded the lead section, with factual information sourced to independent sources. In the next few days I plan to do a little work on the History section as well; if I haven’t gotten any feedback by then, I will be leaving a note with a couple related WikiProjects requesting some additional eyes. -Karenarlenereynolds (talk) 16:26, 2 October 2013 (UTC)
- I just added sourced sections on Good's platform, products, and industry leadership. Feedback welcome. -Karenarlenereynolds (talk) 17:38, 14 March 2014 (UTC)
Deletion and reinstatement of article
editI work with Karen at Good Technology. While she is travelling, I have stepped in to help with some issues with the article. The article was put up for speedy deletion last month, and then restored; see relevant discussion here and here.
We have made a few edits to the article in an effort to address the concerns that led to deletion. These have included formatting some raw URL references, removing a few lower quality references, and changing the text to make it more clear to a non-expert reader.
It would be good to have the logo and infobox restored, if possible (see this revision). TLSuda would you be able to undelete that file?
We do not expect to make any further changes in the short term, unless needed. Please leave a note here if you have any specific concerns. -Nikfar (talk) 01:00, 11 November 2014 (UTC)
