Content of the article "http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:Goldfarb_v._Virginia_State_Bar" section with the heading "Significance" may be a politically motivated statement.

The Legal Significance of the ruling has nothing to do with any imagined affect upon attorney fees and within the context of this article is extraneous.
