I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: A stub, primarily a dictionary definition, but one that holds useful information. It's either a helpful starting-point for an article, or a helpful contribution that could be merged elsewhere, such as to Strategic management#Concepts and frameworks. I also wonder whether it might have been written as a coat rack for have a dig at Higher education in the United States; perhaps that's a worthy objective though! I wouldn't limit the scope to the US though ...
