Possible Paraphyly

- I'm not seeing the authors asserting that Palaeomerycid should be reincluded in Giraffoidea though, it appears the paper is reaffirming the sister group nature. Did I miss something?--Kevmin § 22:17, 16 August 2021 (UTC)
- Fig 9. in the article shows a relationship tree that includes DNA data. There is shows the family Antilocapridae being outside of the superfamily giraffoidea, contrary to what this article lists. It could be muddied by the use of phylogeny and morphology, but I think it's still worth mentioning at least. --Mjmannella (talk) 15:03, 17 August 2021 (UTC)
