Appropriate approach for Wikipedia?

This reads very much like an academic paper. It has an abstract that was labeled as such before I made some edits. I propose that this article be dissolved and applicable elements added to Distance Learning. The approach is not consistent with wikipedia's standards. Pattkait (talk) 13:43, 5 February 2013 (UTC)
