The article Gardening Leave (charity) now exists but is hard to find by searching as this redirect takes precedence. There's now an {{{about}}} hatnote linking to garden leave from the Gardening Leave (charity) page. On that basis, this page is no longer required? Hence I'd like to propose deletion.
