Move to GMC Brigadier?

edit

While Chevrolet is the better-selling GM division overall, in terms of large trucks (vehicles such as these), GMC vehicles outsold Chevrolet by a significant margin. In addition, they were engineered and assembled in a GMC assembly facility. It just makes better sense for this article to be GMC-centered rather than to be based on the a relatively rare version. --SteveCof00 (talk) 08:43, 22 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

I agree wholeheartedly with that logic, plus the fact that the GMC versions handily outlasted the Chevrolet ones - probably for those very reasons. While the Chevrolet brand normally takes precedence for cars and light trucks, I think that for this (and similar trucks) the article title should reflect the far-more-common GMC name. --Sable232 (talk) 02:13, 2 October 2018 (UTC)Reply
