I'm sorry but this article cannot be passed as a good article. The main reason for this is that the vast majority of the article is sourced to McKetta's own book. According to wikipedia policy, self-published sources are largely not acceptable. The consequence of relying almost entirely on McKetta's own book is that the article paints him in a very good light. There is no criticism of Mcketta at all and in many cases the article does not have a neutral tone, eg. "Throughout his career and even after retirement, Col. Frank McKetta addressed and tried to fix many problems throughout the State Police Force. Here are a few of the main concerns and solutions he worked on and expressed with great emphasis to the police department".
