removing POV tag with no active discussion per Template:POV

I've removed an old neutrality tag from this page that appears to have no active discussion per the instructions at Template:POV:

This template is not meant to be a permanent resident on any article. Remove this template whenever:
  1. There is consensus on the talkpage or the NPOV Noticeboard that the issue has been resolved
  2. It is not clear what the neutrality issue is, and no satisfactory explanation has been given
  3. In the absence of any discussion, or if the discussion has become dormant.

Since there's no evidence of ongoing discussion, I'm removing the tag for now. If discussion is continuing and I've failed to see it, however, please feel free to restore the template and continue to address the issues. Thanks to everybody working on this one! -- Khazar2 (talk) 00:39, 21 June 2013 (UTC)

Frank Bass is an important person

Frank Bass is a very important person who hihly contributed to economics fields. His diffusion model is broadly used in many countries around the world, especially for mobile cellular phones or Internet users. So, I do not understand why his picture has been removed and appropriate text has not been inserted as requested. We have thousand of articles in Wikipedia about people who are much less important than Frank Bass! --Coopedia (talk) 09:04, 12 December 2013 (UTC)

please, remove initial section about multiple issues

I have inserted many secondary references as requested and as it was justified. (but, please note that many primary sources from frank Bass are very well known references cited in many high level documents about marketing and economy. I have slightly modified some sentences to avoid that this article could be considered as a publicity about Frank Bass instead of a pure encyclopedic style.

Do you consider this article as good enough to avoid this initial section about multiple issues? --Coopedia (talk) 14:09, 12 December 2013 (UTC)
