editThis is a significant theorem in Markov chain theory, so I thought I should add it. In case you have any queries or suggestions, please do write them here.

The statement of the theorem is wrong, somebody with expertise should correct it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.57.216.9 (talk) 13:35, 22 October 2012 (UTC)
Removed the requirement that the chain was aperiodic, which was spurious. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 160.228.81.46 (talk) 10:45, 20 January 2016 (UTC)
Thor
editIn Thor, how did Jane predict when and where the rainbow bridge (wormhole) would open using Foster’s theory? Dr. Selvig mentions it at the end of the movie.
Could this be used to determine the location and time of cosmic gateway openings? I understand this is a fantasy movie but there is some unexplained evidence of people disappearing in natural “gateways between realms” like the Bermuda Triangle. Also in high energy points on Earth like mount Shasta.
If this can be done, can we actually use it to cross into some other realm or dimension? 2600:100E:BF1A:15B5:53F:5F8:D138:9668 (talk) 05:25, 23 December 2021 (UTC)
