Capital? Surely Not! edit

Since when has The Forest District had a capital? And if so why would it be Forestville? There is no governmental significance to Forestville. It is not geographically central. In fact if anywhere was to be capital it would be Frenchs Forest as it is geographically central and has a central area containing The Forest High, Forest Primary School and Forestway Shops (the largest day-to-day shopping centre in the District) all within close proximity of each other. In fact the large intersection of the two main roads in the Forest District (Warringah Road and Forest Way) is all that prevents the three places listed above from linking up and forming a big town centre. Also the proposal of a hospital next to The Forest High would further reinforce Frenchs Forest as the central area of The Forest District. Irishroyalty (talk) 15:20, 12 October 2009 (UTC)Reply
