White Eagle Aviation

edit

White Eagle Aviation no longer flies for Flywhoosh project. Buying there tickets is a serious risk. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.220.48.42 (talk) 16:47, 7 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Plane Type

edit

The page here says that FlyWhoosh's fleet is only one. Does anyone know what type of plane it is? Its obviously not a boeing 747, but what is it? How many does it hold, what model etc? I think this information would be useful. Codu (t)(c) •  12:47, 16 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

Newquay

edit

I removed the references to Newquay as a destination as it doesn't appear to be a valid destination at the moment, according to the FlyWhoosh website. It isn't included in the list of destination airports on either the dropdown box on the 'book a flight' option nor on the destinations page. I checked the Newquay Airport website as well and it's not mentioned on there. I've emailed the company for clarification and will be happy to revert if I'm wrong. --Whoosher 20:56, 29 August 2007 (UTC) (PS: no relation, by the way!)Reply

Flywhoosh

Just for information here is a copy of a message and my reply from my talk page by 81.178.222.149 Hi - I don't know if you have a link to Flywhoosh. You cannot remove factual information relating to the current government investigation into Flywhoosh and it is NPOV to quote Flywhoosh claiming restart possibilities which are impossible in the light of these investigations.

I have not connection with any airline, a strange accusation from an IP user that has only ever edited Flywhoosh and White Eagle articles. As my edit summary stated I removed information from that made Wikipedia appear to be either a company or government website. If you can find a citable source for the trading standards investigation you are welcome to add it, the restart quote is not NPOV it is what Flywhoosh are stating on their website. What Flywhoosh state on their website is not a valid source since they have taken customer's money dishonestly (as WEA state). Do not be fooled by them. I have letters from Solihull in my possession confirming the investigation. Phone the CAA if you want further confirmation of what is going on (020 7453 63330). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.178.222.149 (talk) 10:57, 29 December 2007 (UTC)Reply
OK I have added a bit about the investigation to the article (with a ref) but please note that Wikipedia is not a soapbox and also be carefull of WP:COI. Please note wikipedia article do not have opinions they just state verifiable facts. MilborneOne (talk) 11:01, 29 December 2007 (UTC)Reply
