Removal of Vanuatu flags

I've reverted the recent addition of the Vanuatu flags. The failure to have them here in the first place was deliberate -- the flag images at Commons are not all correct. I've been remiss in resolving the discrepancies and I'll start work on that next week. In the meantime, it's better to have no images than to have incorrect ones. Problems with this article

The folllowing problems with this article need to be resolved:

1. The list includes subdivision flags for territories in Oceania, but the countries to which those territories belong to are not considered a part of Oceania.
2. The scope of this article is to list a specific category of flags, the linked lists of territories in Oceania are irrelevant.
3. The article is meant to be listed by countries, as we are talking about COUNTRY subdivisions, not regions.
4. We need to bring back the link to the main list of country subdivision flag article.
5. The article title was unnecessarily changed.
