Image copyright problem with Image:World Crest square.svg edit

The image Image:World Crest square.svg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
  • That this article is linked to from the image description page.

Wrong name edit

The correct name of the article should be Federación de Asociaciones de Scouts de España, as the name exploradores is not longer used for about 20 years and, furthermore, was never used altogether. You can talk about Scouts de España or Exploradores de España but never used both names. Exploradores de España, as institution, was disbanded in 1940. ASDE is heir of ANEDE, and ANEDE heir of the former exploradores. Please, check out the proper name in the Spanish wikipedia. And over all, the good article Exploradores de España written by me. --Gilwellian (talk) 14:48, 13 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

It would have been better to wait for some input instead of moving the article without discussion.
I oppose the move strongly:
  • ASDE itself uses "Federación de Scouts-Exploradores de España" when referring to the legal entity: [1] [2] [3], [4], etc.
  • "Federación de Scouts-Exploradores de España" is also used by the "Registro Nacional de Asociaciones del Ministerio de Interior" (National registry of associations): [5]
Could you please provide a link to the bylaws you are referring to? --jergen (talk) 12:02, 14 March 2017 (UTC)Reply
This is a political action to unite and protect the links between the former Exploradores with ASDE-Scouts de España. See Federación de Asociaciones de Scouts de España which use the correct and updated name. I know what I'm talking about, I'm involved in Spanish Scouting +40 years. I'm author and main editor of Exploradores de España with appropiate links as well as references. We never used and currently use both names altogether.--Gilwellian (talk) 10:24, 7 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
"Federación de Scouts-Exploradores de España" is the official name, isn't it? Actually, I could not find a single mention of a recent change of name - something you are suggesting.
It is not helpful to refer to es:Exploradores de España for further references. Plus: I could not find anything relevant there. --jergen (talk) 11:40, 7 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
Jergen No. Scouts-Exploradores is not the official name and never was (both names together, never and ever) the Spanish article was written by the organization, see es:Federación de Asociaciones de Scouts de España so after this, everything is said. Only two names are accepted and used Federación de Asociaciones de Scouts de España and ASDE Scouts de España. If you need independent references, not related to scouts:

And I can share many more, it's funny to see that Spanish wikipedia use the right name and you don't. And furthermore, even insist! By the other side, perhaps the Spanish article about es:Exploradores de España is not relevant for you, but it's a good one approved by both the Spanish wiki community and scouts nationwide. Have a nice day.--Gilwellian (talk) 08:43, 28 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Could you please explain the imprint of scouts.es, eg. [6]? If your assumption was correct, the association would use a wrong denominator in all its legal activities. --jergen (talk) 08:48, 28 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
Yes Jergen, I can explain to you. This is a legal advice (but NOT an extract of bylaws) as the current association has several names registered since the beginning of its activity, Exploradores de España (Asociación Nacional de Exploradores de España - ANEDE) and Scouts de España (Asociación de Scouts de España - ASDE) among other like Asociación Juvenil de Exploradores de España - AJEDE due to different historical realities and legal regulations, that's why you notice on the website the warning about both names, because are protected by the law of data protection and copyright of the content that includes various names.--Gilwellian (talk) 20:21, 1 May 2017 (UTC)Reply
