"reaction olivine + quartz = orthopyroxene" - reaction equations like this are not very useful because it does NOT give any chemical information what is happening with these minerals. It should be edited to a more chemical formulation which requires less knowledge of the other minerals. I will change this if there are no objections. Necmon (talk) 10:10, 18 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
