I think I've done a pretty nice job on a full rewrite of this stubbed out article, fully NPOV and all that good stuff. In the name of full disclosure, I would like to state for the record that I am a shoe store owner in a market with a Famous Footwear store, technically making them a business competitor. My store and theirs represent very different niches with little direct overlap, however. Anyway, I just wanted to make that detail clear, for what it's worth. —Carrite, Oct. 6, 2010.
